Non-Returnable Products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been delivered. This applies to all items in the skincare category, including but not limited to cleansers, moisturizers, serums, masks, and treatments, whether opened or unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@studskins.com or +91 9019900714. Include your order number and photos of the item received, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of approval.
